Roger Cesario
Born and raised in Western Colorado, Roger has a BA in Business Management and started at the bottom working in the construction industry over 30 years ago. In the early 90s he started his own company with a partner and in the mid-90s went on his own and founded Copper Creek Homes.
Roger is involved with and oversees every project and his 30+ years of experience gives him the knowledge to guide you and his team through the most challenging projects. His integrity and commitment to building quality custom homes creates relationships that last long after the project is complete.
Roger spent 19 year as a professional ski patrolman at Crested Butte Mountain, has worked as a fly fishing and hunting guide. Today, he enjoys skiing, fishing and hunting in the great outdoors of Colorado with his wife, Teresa and their adorable black labs, Bella, Pancho and Indi.
Tyler Pitt
Tyler was born in Crested Butte in 1978 and can boast a nail-driving resume dating to 1981 – the Christmas he got his first hammer.
Working summers for his father, a custom home contractor, he learned all aspects of the residential building trade. After attending the construction management program at C.S.U., he returned to Crested Butte and worked for several home builders. Meeting Roger in 2009, he has remained with Copper Creek and considers himself fortunate to have been closely involved with constructing some of Crested Butte’s finest homes. His extensive experience has helped Tyler recognize professional quality workmanship in all phases of the building process – from home siting and plan drawing to final trim and closing. He prides himself on practicing and demanding the highest quality craftsmanship on Copper Creek projects.
Tyler met his wife, Casey at C.S.U., and they now have two boys-a nine year old and a twelve year old, hammer-wielding, builders-in-training.
They enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, and camping together in their “free time” – and Tyler looks forward to bow-hunting in the fall.
Abby Wright
After graduating from Saint Michael’s College with a degree in Business Administration, Abby ventured west leaving her childhood home in Vermont moving to the Gunnison Valley in 2008. She and her husband, Ben, spend their summers camping, hiking, and fishing around the vast wilderness that surrounds Crested Butte. Winters are spent cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowboarding. She currently volunteers and serves on the board of directors for the Paradise Animal Welfare Society here in Crested Butte. Abby joined the team at Copper Creek Homes in the Summer of 2011.
Kelly Rasmussen
Kelly ventured west from the east coast in 2001 after getting her Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. She instantly fell in love with the beauty of Western Colorado and settled right into the laid back lifestyle of the Gunnison Valley. After working several years for a local landscaping company and at a ski shop, she starting working for Copper Creek Homes in 2009. Kelly and her husband, John, have 2 children and spend much of their time trying to keep up with them. Winter is busy with skiing and ice hockey and spring and fall seasons cheering on the Lady Titans and West Elk soccer team. The whole family enjoys fishing, hunting and being outside with their 2 golden retrievers the rest of the year.
