     Budget Management

We want to build your custom dream home, but while we’re at it, our office will carefully monitor the funding to ensure realistic budgets are achieved. Our office will provide a monthly billing statement outlining the current budget, cost to complete, and percentage of completion of the project. The project management team provides a detailed analysis of all proposals and creates line item budgets associated with each trade. We use this information to work with the owner, architect, and consultants to also incorporate possible value engineering into the project.



Copper Creek Homes will also schedule and administer project meetings with owners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors. Our office coordinates with the job supervisor, material suppliers and subcontractors to keep the job progress efficient and moving as scheduled. Budget updates and progress billing are done on a monthly basis.


     On Site Management & Project Control

Copper Creek Homes employs a full time, on site superintendent who oversees the entire construction process. They stay in daily communication with the office for up-to-date information on project progress, schedule, and design decisions.


     Subcontractor Selection

Copper Creek Homes utilizes competitive subcontractor bidding with prequalified subcontractors and uses attorney drafted, trade specific subcontractor agreements ensuring that they perform to the standards set by Copper Creek Homes. We work with the owner and architect during the subcontractor selection process to ensure the project meets the satisfaction of all parties.


     Client Communication

Whether our clients live near or far we communicate frequently using email, fax, and telephone. Our office , located in downtown Crested Butte, provides complete administrative support including weekly job progress reports provided to clients, architects, and designers. Site photos are also posted on our “Blog” section of our website on a weekly basis.
